Summary: The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating tasks. Develops coping skills and manages contingencies in nursing.
Responsibilities: Meets OneCHRISTUS Competencies, provides nursing care using the nursing process, addresses psychological and social needs of patients, administers medications, documents patient information, and provides education to patients and families.
Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, 1 year of related nursing experience preferred, BLS certification required, RN License in state of employment or compact required.
