The Nurse position requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing specialty experience, BLS, RN License, ACLS, PALS, crisis intervention training, and TNCC for trauma facilities. Responsibilities include providing nursing care, addressing patient needs, administering medications, documenting care, and ensuring patient safety. Competencies involve utilizing the nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, and technical skills in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. The work schedule is full-time from 7PM to 7AM.
