PRN position with flexible schedule and tiered pay rates based on shifts worked. Nurse-to-Patient Ratio is 5 to 1 in a new 15-bed unit serving as MedSurg overflow. Requires 2 years of RN Acute Hospital experience and current Texas RN license. Responsibilities include patient care delivery, assessment, planning, and supervision of ancillary nursing personnel. Shift differentials for nights and weekends. Located on the 5th floor with low hospital traffic.
