The Nurse position at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Kleberg requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing specialty experience, BLS certification, and an RN license in the state of employment or compact. Newly hired RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within 30 days, complete annual competency verification requirements, and have Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a Perinatal Setting. Additional certifications required include NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring, STABLE, NRP, and ACLS within specific timeframes. The work schedule is 7PM – 7AM for full-time positions.
