Requirements: Graduate of accredited program in physical therapy, currently registered/licensed in applicable State, one year experience in post acute care preferred, CPR certification, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Essential functions include following physical therapy treatment plans, establishing realistic goals, overseeing care given by others, charting appropriately, exhibiting excellent customer service, assisting in patient evacuation, and communicating effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
