The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patients’ needs, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families. Competencies include utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient safety, managing patient flow, and complying with regulations. Technical competencies involve following clinical policies, using medical equipment, processing medical orders, reading patient charts, and ensuring patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS certification, and NIHSS certification. The work schedule is 7PM – 7AM, full-time.
