The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patient needs, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families. Competencies include utilizing the nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, regulations, and technical skills in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS, RN License, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications. Full-time position with a varied work schedule.
