Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care. Supervises other clinical staff and may act as a charge nurse. Involves caring for patients of various age groups. Implements care plans, evaluates patient responses, provides education, and ensures effective communication. Demonstrates competencies in nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice, and regulations. Requires BSN degree, 6 months to 1 year of RN experience, BLS certification, and RN license. Full-time position with flexible schedule.
