Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care to assigned patients. Supervises other clinical staff and may act as a charge nurse. Involves caring for patients of various age groups. Implements care plans, evaluates patient responses, provides education, and ensures effective communication within the care team. Must meet competency standards and possess technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, RN license, BLS certification, and relevant experience. Per Diem work schedule.
