Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinates care planning, and is responsible for nursing care under supervision. Responsibilities include assessing patients, communicating effectively, handling stress situations, promoting patient safety, and adhering to infection control policies. Qualifications include current RN Arkansas license, BLS certification, and ACLS/PALS certification within one year. Must have strong communication skills, pass pharmacology test, demonstrate knowledge in patient care and emergency situations, and be familiar with GI Lab procedures. Attendance at meetings and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English are required.
