Capable clinician with previous specialty experience preferred, focused on expanding knowledge and skills. Provides effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to complex patients. Assumes a beginning clinical bedside leadership role and seeks mentoring. Participates in councils and teams to improve clinical practice. Responsible for safe patient care based on the nursing process and coordinating care for assigned patients. Requires RN licensure in Georgia, Associate’s Degree, ADN, or Diploma, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Basic computer skills required. Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs.
