The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, addressing patients’ needs and educating them. The Nurse must utilize critical thinking skills, follow nursing processes, ensure patient safety, and comply with regulations. Technical competencies include clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS, RN License, ACLS, NIHSS, de-escalation training, TNCC, and PALS certifications. The work schedule is full-time from 7PM to 7AM.
