Competent Nurse with $10K sign-on bonus for a cardiac medical-surgical telemetry unit. Provides routine and complex care, makes appropriate assignments, and delegates care. Utilizes nursing process, addresses patient needs, administers medications, and provides education. Demonstrates leadership, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, and technical competencies. Requires BSN, 1 year of related experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS within 6 months, and EKG within 90 days. Full-time position with varying schedule.
