The Electrophysiology Technologist performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures for cardiovascular interventions, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities include patient care, equipment setup, image quality assessment, radiation safety, and documentation. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited program in Respiratory Care, Radiological Technology, or Cardiovascular Technology, along with current BLS certification and state licensure/certification as applicable. Experience as an Electrophysiology Tech I is required.
