Requirements include RN degree, NM nursing license, BLS certification, wound care specialty certification, and 2 years of acute care experience. Strong communication, teaching, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate interdisciplinary. Must handle emergency situations, stand/walk for prolonged periods, and operate hospital equipment.
