Requirements include a minimum 2-year RN nursing diploma/associate degree, current DC RN license, BLS/CPR certification, 2 years of geriatric nursing experience, and basic computer skills. Preferred qualifications include BSN and nursing administration experience. This position may act as ADON in the absence of the DON.
