The CRC Cottage Therapist provides individual and group therapy, crisis counseling, and leadership within the assigned cottage. Responsibilities include overseeing therapeutic services, collaborating with the Cottage Supervisor, facilitating group sessions, completing documentation, participating in committees, and engaging in case management. Required skills include communication, conflict resolution, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Education requirements include a Master’s Degree in social work or counseling, relevant licensure, and experience working with children. Physical requirements include the ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, work outdoors, and respond to crises.
