Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care. Supervises staff, acts as charge nurse, and provides care to various patient populations. Implements care plans, evaluates patient responses, and provides education. Communicates effectively, ensures patient safety, and complies with regulations. Requires BSN, RN license, and BLS certification. Must have 6 months to 1 year of RN experience. Work schedule is per diem.
