Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care to assigned patients. Supervises other clinical staff, may act as charge nurse. Evaluates patient responses, provides education, and ensures effective communication. Demonstrates competencies in nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, and safe practice/quality care. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requires Bachelor of Science in Nursing, RN license, BLS certification, and 6 months to 1 year of RN experience. Full-time position with flexible work schedule.
