Provide administrative support including process improvement, backup for manager, supply maintenance, schedule coordination, and training for clinical staff. Maintain clinic operations, order supplies, manage equipment, monitor budget, ensure quality control, resolve issues, evaluate staff performance, ensure compliance with policies, manage staff schedules, assess staffing needs, maintain confidentiality, follow HIPAA guidelines, adhere to company policies, and support cultural diversity objectives. Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Nursing, 2+ years of clinical patient care experience, healthcare management experience preferred, RN License, BLS certification. Full-time position.
