The Nurse position requires independent practice in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating tasks. Responsibilities include meeting competencies, providing nursing care, administering medications, documenting patient information, and educating patients and caregivers. Core competencies involve utilizing the nursing process, managing patient flow, overseeing unit operations, ensuring safe practice and quality care, and complying with regulations. Technical competencies include following clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment use, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and ensuring patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and an RN license. The work schedule is full-time, 3 days a week for 12 hours each day.
