Requirements include RN licensure, BSN preferred, certifications in BLS, NRP, and PALS/ENPC, strong clinical and leadership skills, 5+ years clinical experience in women’s services or pediatrics, and 2 years of management experience. Reports to Chief Nursing Executive. Works in a smoke-free environment, with flexible hours and ability to handle stressful situations.
