The Clinical Supervisor at this health center will lead a clinical service team, provide therapy and treatment planning, respond to crises, monitor staff productivity, ensure chart integrity, review treatment plans, and maintain counseling knowledge. Requirements include a Master’s degree, LICSW, LMHC, or LADC1 licensure, 5+ years of counseling experience, and 2+ years of clinical supervision. Experience in addiction and co-occurring treatment is necessary. Compensation is $85,000.00+ with benefits such as insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for CEU’s.
