The Nurse position requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing specialty experience, BLS, RN License, ACLS, PALS, and crisis intervention training. Additional certifications may be required for trauma designated facilities. The role involves providing nursing care, administering medications, documenting patient information, assessing learning needs, and ensuring patient safety. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, patient throughput management, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, and adherence to regulations. Technical competencies involve clinical policies and standards, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading and interpretation, and patient safety. The work schedule is from 7PM to 7AM, full-time.
