The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patients’ needs, administer medications, document patient information, and educate patients and caregivers. The Nurse must utilize critical thinking skills, follow patient safety practices, ensure quality care, comply with regulations, and possess technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Job requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and an RN license.
