Resident Care Companions and STNAs at Danbury assist residents with daily personal care routines, prepare and escort them to meals and activities, and provide other necessary assistance. STNA certification is required for STNA positions, while no certification is needed for Resident Care Companion roles. Experience in a Senior Living setting is helpful but not required. A positive attitude, cheerful disposition, and compassion for seniors are essential qualities.
