The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, addressing patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs. The Nurse must utilize critical thinking skills, implement evidence-based practice, and ensure patient safety. Responsibilities include patient care, education, documentation, and adherence to regulations. Technical competencies involve clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS, RN License, ACLS, PALS, and crisis intervention training. The work schedule is 7PM – 7AM, full-time.
