The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patient needs, administer medications, document care, and educate patients. Competencies include utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient throughput, managing unit operations, and practicing safe care. Technical competencies involve following clinical policies, handling medical equipment, processing medical orders, reading patient charts, and ensuring patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and RN license. Additional certifications in perinatal care, electronic fetal monitoring, post-resuscitation care, ACLS, and NRP are necessary. The work schedule is full-time from 7PM to 7AM.
