The Nurse is responsible for providing routine and complex care, administering medications, documenting patient information, assessing learning needs, and ensuring patient safety. They must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, have at least 1 year of related nursing experience, hold a current RN license, BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications. The role requires critical thinking skills, effective communication, adherence to clinical policies and standards, knowledge of medical equipment, proficiency in health information documentation, and patient chart reading and interpretation. The Nurse must also demonstrate safe practice, quality care, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
