The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patients’ needs, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families. The Nurse must utilize critical thinking skills, follow patient safety practices, ensure quality care, and comply with healthcare regulations. Technical competencies include following clinical policies, using medical equipment, processing medical orders, reading patient charts, and ensuring patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and an RN license. The work schedule is full-time, 5 days a week for 8 hours each day.
