The job requires a competent Nurse to practice independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating tasks. Core competencies involve utilizing the nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care/regulations, and technical competencies in clinical policies and standards, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading and interpretation, and patient safety. Job requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing specialty experience, BLS certification, and an RN license. The work schedule is from 7PM to 7AM, full-time.
