Competent RN with 2+ years labor and delivery experience. Provides routine and complex care, makes appropriate assignments, and delegates care. Utilizes nursing process, addresses patient needs, administers treatments, and educates patients. Demonstrates leadership, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice, and quality care. Proficient in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, order processing, and patient chart interpretation. Requires BSN, 1 year specialty experience, BLS, RN license, and certifications. Must attend orientation, complete competencies, and maintain certifications. Preferred experience in perinatal setting and certifications in fetal monitoring, NRP, and ACLS. Full-time position with 7AM-7PM schedule.
