Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral, develop treatment plans, supervise PT assistants, participate in patient care conferences, maintain documentation, assist with discharge planning, order necessary equipment, communicate effectively, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, be licensed in the state, meet continuing education requirements, and be able to perform physical demands of the job.
