Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care. Supervises staff, functions as charge nurse. Provides care to various patient populations. Implements care plans, evaluates patient responses, educates patients and families. Communicates effectively, ensures safe practices, and complies with regulations. Utilizes nursing process, promotes patient safety, and maintains quality care. Requires BSN, RN license, and BLS certification. Must have 6 months to 1 year of RN experience. Work schedule is per diem.
