Plans, organizes, and directs Nursing Department activities in compliance with regulations. Coordinates nursing program with other services. Develops performance improvement plans. Manages surveys and corrects deficiencies. Determines staffing needs and ensures quality care for seniors/clients. Maintains knowledge of nursing practices and regulations. Provides assistance with daily living activities. Communicates expectations and coaches employees. Requires RN license, 2 years LTC experience, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
