Collaborate with various departments, resolve issues, and participate in emergency planning. Recruit, counsel, and evaluate staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain quality control, oversee staffing, and provide ongoing education. Contribute to budget development and manage resources effectively. Demonstrate competence in patient care and adhere to organizational values. Bachelor’s degree and RN license required. Full-time position.
