Competent Nurse in Critical Care setting practices independently, provides routine and complex care, makes appropriate assignments, and delegates tasks. Utilizes nursing process, administers medications, documents care, and educates patients. Demonstrates core competencies in nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care/regulations. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading/interpretation, and patient safety. Requires BSN, 2 years Critical Care experience, BLS, ACLS, RN license. Full-time position.
