Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, with additional shift differentials and clinical premiums for experience. $3000 sign-on bonus. Full-time evening position with rotating weekends and holidays. Requires active Pennsylvania LPN licensure, one year of experience in geriatric or long-term care, high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR certification. Responsibilities include providing care to residents, administering medications and treatments, performing assessments, and participating in daily rounding.
