The Nurse is responsible for providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating tasks to other care providers. They must meet competency standards, utilize the nursing process, address patient needs, administer medications, and document care given. The Nurse must also demonstrate proficiency in clinical policies, patient safety, medical equipment, health information documentation, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Job requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS, PALS, crisis intervention training, and TNCC for trauma facilities. The work schedule is from 7PM to 7AM, full-time.
