Compensation: $33 – $37 per hour (based on experience) with additional shift differentials and clinical premiums. $7,500 Sign-On Bonus. Full-time day and night shifts available, with PRN options. Rotating weekends and holidays. Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania RN license, CPR certification, previous leadership experience preferred, one year of experience in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred. Responsibilities: Provide care according to the Plan of Care, administer medications, perform assessments, supervise nursing staff, assist with IV therapies.
