Responsibilities include planning and implementing unit activities, ensuring policy compliance, maintaining resident rights, managing medications and supplies, notifying physicians of critical situations, and more. Additional tasks involve treating residents with dignity, complying with regulations, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in emergency drills. Desired personal skills include teamwork, decision-making, communication, and leadership abilities. Compliance with facility standards is essential, and performance will be evaluated accordingly.
