Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Private Duty position available in Fort Wayne area for pediatric and young adult patients. Full-time or part-time dayshift and evening hours. Responsibilities include 1:1 patient care, working with patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator, patient assessments, and documenting electronically. Scheduling options include day shift, evening shift, overnight shift, weekend availability, part-time, full-time, PRN, and per diem.
