Competent Nurse with $10K sign-on bonus. Provides routine and complex care, makes appropriate assignments, and delegates care. Works in a 27-bed cardiac medical-surgical telemetry unit. Responsibilities include utilizing nursing process, addressing patient needs, administering medications, and providing education. Must meet competencies, ensure patient throughput, manage unit operations, and practice safe care. Requires BSN, 1 year of related experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS within 6 months, and EKG within 90 days. Full-time position with varying schedule.
