Minimum qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program. Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license. BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire. Other certifications must be obtained within 6 months. Skills: Current knowledge appropriate to patient population. Experience:Nature of supervision: Responsible to Patient Care Director or Manager. Environment: Exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays. Physical requirements: Must handle emergency situations, prolonged standing/walking, heavy physical effort, bending, kneeling, and fine motor coordination.
