Competent Nurse practicing independently in clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments and delegations. Meets OneCHRISTUS Competencies, ANA Standards of Practice, and utilizes Nursing Process. Addresses patient needs, administers treatments, educates patients and caregivers. Demonstrates critical thinking, patient safety, and quality care. Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations. Proficient in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requires BSN, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS, and RN license. Part-time position, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
