Provide administrative support including process improvement, backup for manager, supply maintenance, scheduling, and training for clinical staff. Maintain clinic operations, order supplies, manage equipment, monitor budget, and quality control. Address patient, staff, and physician issues, evaluate staff performance, ensure compliance with policies, and manage staffing needs. Follow HIPAA guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively. Associate’s Degree in Nursing, 2 years of clinical experience, healthcare management experience preferred. RN license, BLS certification required. Full-time position.
