Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, maintaining work areas, documenting patient information, providing patient teaching, assisting with referrals, and lab procedures. Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing, one year of experience in a physician office, current LPN licensure in Virginia, and BLS-HCP certification. The position offers a sign-on bonus and may require floating to other Ortho sites.
