Summary: Provide comprehensive primary care services in a clinic setting, including referrals and minor procedures. Collaborate with healthcare providers, document patient care accurately, offer counseling and education, and ensure quality standards. Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, and maintain credentials. Attend meetings, provide after-hours care, and treat all patients with respect. Must have a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree, be Board Eligible/Certified, have at least five years of experience, and hold a valid medical license and DEA registration.
