The Nurse position requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing specialty experience, BLS, RN License, ACLS, PALS, crisis intervention training, and TNCC for trauma facilities. Responsibilities include providing nursing care, administering medications, documenting patient information, and ensuring patient safety. The role involves utilizing the nursing process, patient throughput management, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, and adherence to regulations. Technical competencies include clinical policies and standards, health information documentation, medical equipment knowledge, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety practices. The work schedule is from 7PM to 7AM, full-time.
