Provides medical treatment, medication, and personal care services to nursing home residents. Communicates resident care information, administers medication, and documents treatments. Participates in resident assessment, maintains resident rights, and ensures cleanliness and safety. Must have a high school diploma, graduate from an accredited nursing school, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality. Must be able to lift 25 pounds, have excellent verbal communication skills, and follow safety procedures.
